As such, we are as invested in the health and well-being of the people who live in the areas surrounding our properties as we are to the people who call them home. Sustainability should never be an afterthought. That’s why it’s top of mind when we plan and build every Elysian Living community. Low-flow toilets, tankless water heaters, state-of-the-art LED lighting, trash and recycling valet service and energy saving smart home automation are standard in all our properties.

Green Living
Here, luxury living and eco-friendly green living go hand in hand. So our members live life to the fullest while also living environmentally friendly. In fact, as a testament to our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, several of our properties are Green Globe certified. EV charging stations, reusable water bottles, water stations, and our partnerships with several green companies are just a few additional examples of how we make it easy for our members to go green.
Giving Back
At Elysian Living, we believe charity really does start at home. So, each year, we support organizations making a real difference in our communities through initiatives like Plating Change, which supports local restaurants, the Burn Foundation, which recognizes the heroism of local fire departments, fire rescue and law enforcement agencies and the Elysian Living Foundation, a platform that “crowdfunds” charitable donations.
Smart Luxury
We build all of our communities with the belief that smart design and extraordinary luxury are not mutually exclusive. So, you will find both in equal amounts in every unit at all of our properties. This includes smart home automation, high-end appliances, in-unit laundry, exquisite granite countertops. And coming soon – all units will feature low-flow toilets, tankless water heaters, state-of-the-art LED lighting, car charging stations and more.
