What are the application requirements?

3xs income, no negative landlord tenant records and an overall view of credit habits allows us to determine credit worthiness. Applicants will need to provide proof of employment/income, criminal background screening is performed and all information is verified through Verifast. Approved applicants will pay a standard security deposit of $500 while “conditional” applicants may pay up to one months rent as a deposit.

Yes, guests must be accompanied by the leaseholder at all times while at the community.

Are there package lockers or a mailroom?

Yes, Parcel pending lockers are located in the mailroom and all residents will be encouraged to sign-up. There is no sign-up fee although the resident will be required to put a card on file for packages not picked up after 3 days.

What is the trash and recycling policy?

We have Valet trash service 5 nights per week and dumpster enclosures throughout the property. All trash, recyclable and otherwise, is delivered to the dumpsters while Republic Services manages the recyclable material.
