What are the application requirements?

In an effort to keep our communities safe, all applicants must undergo a full background check including credit history, rental history, and criminal background check. To meet income requirements, your gross income must be 3 times the base rent. You will be asked to verify your income by uploading recent pay stubs, an offer letter, or 3 months of recent bank statements. Our units are in high demand, so we recommend staring your application as soon as possible. We look forward to welcoming you to club!

Does Elysian at Sunset have in-unit laundry?

Does Elysian at Sunset have units with dishwashers?

Yes, all units have dishwashers.

Yes, Elysian at Sunset has a lushly landscaped resort-style pool, spa, recreation decks and private poolside cabanas.

How does parking work?

All parking is first-come, first-serve. Please make sure to register your vehicle with the leasing team. You must display your parking permit in order to prevent your car from being towed.

When is rent due?

Rent is always due on the 1st . Late fees are automatically added on the 5th of each month. Payments can be made through your Elysian Living App.

What is Elysian at Sunset’s pet policy?

Elysian at Sunset is very pet-friendly! Dogs and cats are allowed (Breed restrictions apply). Fee: $300. Pet Limit: 2. Pet Rent is $50.00 per month per pet. Pets must be on a leash at ALL times. Pets must be accompanied while on balconies. Stop by the office and bring your fur baby in for a treat!

Can I bring in guests?

We welcome all guests here at Elysian. Our policy is that all guests visiting Elysian are not left unattended and at a 2-guest maximum per visit. All guests who are left unattended or if you exceed the number of guests per visit will result in a lease violation which can result in lease termination

Are there package lockers?

Yes, we have package lockers in the mailroom, as well as outside of the west side of the clubhouse.

What do I do with trash and large boxes?

All boxes must be broken down and taken to the nearest trash area or placed on top of your blue Valet Living bin. All trash must be bagged, tied and put in the receptacles.
