What are the application requirements?

In an effort to keep our communities safe, all applicants must undergo a full background check including credit history, rental history, and criminal background check. To meet income requirements, your gross income must be 3 times the base rent. You will be asked to verify your income by uploading recent pay stubs, an offer letter, or 3 months of recent bank statements. Our units are in high demand, so we recommend staring your application as soon as possible. We look forward to welcoming you to club!

Rent is always due on the 1st of the month.

Pets must be on a leash at ALL times. Pets must be accompanied while on balconies. Stop by the office and bring your fur baby in for a treat!

What do I do with trash and large boxes?

All boxes must be broken down and taken to the nearest trash area or placed on top of your black Valet Living bin. All trash must be bagged, tied and put in the receptacles.
