In an effort to keep our communities safe, all applicants must undergo a full background check including credit history, rental history, and criminal background check. To meet income requirements, your gross income must be 3 times the base rent. You will be asked to verify your income by uploading recent pay stubs, an offer letter, or 3 months of recent bank statements.
